“I’d say maybe 3% of people working out in gyms today really know how to get big and strong naturally without drugs. Most are idiots.”
Agree?

I agree wholeheartedly if I’m one of those that make up the 3%.
If I’m not, fuck that guy, he doesn’t know anything.
I completely disagree, its more like 2.997777777777777777777777777777777777777777777777777777777777777%

Best. Answer. Ever.
Three percent is WAY too high.
There are just so many fucking dumb people in the gym, doing so much fucking dumb stuff that I would have to agree with the above.

Lol Vince would say the exact same thing.
I know a few dudes who couldn’t get big even when they DID use PEDs…
So you could put the period after
big and strong
Everyone knows how to get big and strong, only few people actually do it.
I agree with the statement. I think a big factor is that very few people get the chance because most people dont want to put in the necessary time to do it naturally and as a result take AAS early.

I think it sounds about right, if you think about one-hundred dudes in the gym – about three would know how to get big and strong.

i like how the counterargument here is just an explanation of how percents work. lol. “you see, you have 100 of something, and 3 of those hundred can get big and stong…so, 3…wait for it…percent!”

Ect0murph, I think I may be one of those idiots in the 97th percentile. What advice can you give me to help me become big and strong? Thanks.
I think that’s very low, maybe join another gym?
I’ve been to 4 different ones in upstate NY alone who had a much better portion of people who knew how to get big.
Then again, it depends not only on the gym you go to, but what time too.
How many people go to the gym long enough to see the type of people there at all times of the day, and all days of the week?
Impossible, unless you own one and work there morning to night.

how many of those big guys in your gym(s) didnt use AAS and did it naturally?
Just playing devils advocate but its almost impossible to know what someone else has done. big and big via no AAS are two differnt things.

Not sure, but the one I went to when I was still in high school had a few who competed in tested bb competitions, and even more who competed in tested pl meets.
I do know of a couple from high school who took steroids in high school, but I can’t assume all the other large guys in the gym were too.
There’s a lot of big farm boys in upstate NY. I think that’s what helped us get all the way to states in football for many years.
But yea, you’re right, no way of knowing really.
There was a turning point of one guy who competed in powerlifting naturally, and was pretty big by anyone’s standards, but went into another, more popular federation and started getting bigger.
Benched 665lbs in the 181 weight class though, so I’m sure it wasn’t easy either way. Still it is considered a drug free record.
then u guys need to go to other gyms!

yea I mean to get big you have to do the work. There are some guys in my gym who will openly talk about AAS use and others who swear they have never touched it.
That 665 at 181 is crazy. What you guys have in the water up there? Mind sending some my way?

Way, we have seen your pics you have to be one of the three percent! And the guy still might not know anything.

Quoted for truth.
