anyways got a quick sesh in at the gym. it’s pouring here so it’s perfect weather for packing. almost have all of my stuff into a suitcase and a couple boxes. now just to wait for people to come get whatever furniture they asked for.

well i officially live nowhere! made it out to central new york and have to bounce around the area for awhile for the next couple weeks. don’t have anything i have to do this weekend so i think i’m gonna head over to nyc and check it out. maybe get my ass in a gym too. i’m super excited. =+) anyways just thought i’d check in.
hey guys!! yeah it’s been ages. i’m still on the road. put 4180 miles on my rental car in three weeks. lol
had a damn good time so far. now hopefully job stuff will pan out and i can settle the hell down.

have hit the gym about twice a week. definitely losing some strength…but trying to keep from losing it all.
officially locking down the nutrition now too…after way too much fun/gluttony/drinking the last couple weeks.
i turn 30 in 69 days and still have the #1 goal of being the leanest i’ve been in my adult life at that point. i’ve got my work cut out for me. but 10 weeks is plenty of time.

the buddy i’m staying with atm has a barbell and bench so that’s been handy.
first time doing conventional deads in about 6 weeks was the other day and i managed a single at 290. so haven’t lost tooooo much strength.
really need to get the eating locked down since i have 6 weeks until i turn 30 and want to hit the lean goal.
i’ll try to get back in the habit of updating and keeping up round here more. lord knows i have the free time. and really miss the inspiration ya’ll provide.

I’m hoping to lean out a bit more before my birthday in June but I’ve been very slow to start the diet (and I ain’t even going to try before Easter…heh).
Yea I am hoping to get to be in Phenom shape by my B-day, gonna be 30 too. But right now I am focusing on that 10 mile run I have upcoming in June - but I figure if I get in shape for that and keep doing my thing I can’t help but be in the best shape ever. RIght??
