Whopper, I haven’t been on so I haven’t read this post until now. I just wanted to say I hope everything went well and I hope the vixen has a speedy recovery. Keep us all posted on her progress and hang in there bud. My thoughts and prayers are with you both.
OK she is still in guarded condition…lost a lot of blood. They have the rod in her spine, and had to remove 5 ribs that were putting pressure on her lungs…that kinda freaked me out…dont you only have like 26 ribs? But they are the doctors I guess. Anyway, today she opened her eyes…and said umgrumgrrff then went back to sleep. Unfortunatly, I don’t have my “translation of speech of those doped up to their eyeballs” book handy…so I have no idea what she said…hopefully she will be conscious later tonight…we shall see.
Whopper my prayers are with the both of you. Be strong and put your faith in the lord.
glad to hear everything went well. you have everyone pulling for your wife and praying for her swift and full recovery. best of luck, and continue to update us…perhaps we can hear from the woman herself. she’s lucky to have you on her side, since you obviously love her very much.

Update guys. She is losing less blood each day. They are hoping she can be moved out of ICU by the end of the week. She still is doped out of her skull…so I am still getting things like “umgruffff” and then fading back to sleep…but they say she is progressing. Again, to every one of you…thanks, you guys have been a great support…and it has helpled me especially, every time I log onto T-mag and find this post on the first page…not trying to get mushy here…but THANK YOU to each and every one of you!

Whopper my man! It’s good to hear that things are getting better for her. I hope to hear when she can open her eyes and say something more than “mmmaarrgghh.” So definitely keep us posted. You know we are keeping an eye on you two!

OK another update. She was conscious today…and they made her get up and try to walk for a few minutes. They are hoping to have her out of ICU and into her own room by Monday now. They say she is recovering well, and that she is quite a tough woman (I knew that!!) Also, she is now 3 inches taller since they straightened her out! Being the loving man I am, I explained to her that as she knew, I had never been with a woman taller than 5’5" and since she was now 5’7" I had no choice but to divorce her. She then suggested I do an anatomically impossible feat involving a bedpan and a certain part of my anatomy…so I know she is starting to get better…her spunk is coming back. Again…thanks to every one of you from BOTH of us for your support. She promises she will start posting on the forum when she is healthy…you guys have converted her…lol!
Whopper, I’ve been busy working on this week’s update, so I haven’t really had a chance to check the forum out until now. Anyhow, just wanted to send my best to both of you, and let me know if there’s anything I can do.
Whopper, sounds like everything is progressing well and on track, GREAT! Regards to you,Germaine and also your daughter I bet its been tough on her too, but it sounds like you are all a pretty tight unit and will get even closer thru all of this. Thinking of you all.
