The convenience is awesome. Is that your living room? lol

You’ll be sporting a ginger beard by the end of the weekend mateyv

Haha no that’s the garage. We cleaned it out and put in a couch so we could escape the kids occasionally to watch a grown-up show.
However it’s more used by the kids now!

Nice garage man, might want to hang some Christmas lights up there to hit with your weights tho

Lol thanks. As it is I’m worried about hitting the ceiling, if I used large-diameter plates it would be a real problem!

Some updates.
Saturday I added 4 sets of 10 C&P throughout the day, bringing the total sets to 10x10.
Sunday I thought I’d take a few minutes and crank pushups out… nature had other plans!

We had our 4th baby!

So I got a few pushups in LOL but didn’t make it a focus, and have now barely slept in 2 nights, though last night was much better obviously.

I don’t have enough plates at home to do my DL workout, but I’ll do it anyway with what I have. Depending on family needs I may separate the FS EMOMs and widowmaker for later, or even tomorrow.

Wow congrats mate!

I can see how :joy:

Inspiring that you still manage to find some time to do hard workouts and still moving, up and progress, good job!

Thanks everyone!

5/3 Monday
First session:
GS of 12 swings, deadlift, 20 pushups, 3 rounds.
Deadlift: 5@190lb, 5@225lb, 20@230lb.
5/3/1 today calls for 255lb but 230 is all the plates I have at home so just went crazy on the reps. Plus it’s all "deficit deadlifts " because the biggest plates are 35s and the diameter is super small.

Hopefully get the FS EMOMs soon.

Come on mate, leave some clean and presses for the rest of us.

I do have a real hankering to start cranking out some high rep, high volume clean and presses now. Good work.

I take all that lifting stuff back.

Congratulations man, this is far more awesome.

4/3 continued:
Front Squat EMOM doubles 175lb, 10 rounds.

Took some getting used to on my home rack; it doesn’t have safeties so there was a huge mental block. I didn’t think I could do it. Then I hardened the F up and did it anyway, literally inspired by how hard my wife had to PUSH yesterday despite pain and exhaustion because it was a BIOLOGICAL IMPERATIVE. Women are strong.

Diapers, lunch, yard work, kid stuff, then back at it:
FRONT SQUAT widowmaker 115lbs, 21 reps

Looking at that, I have some great depth.
You can also see how bad my wrist hurt. Lol mobility.

I had a whole thing planned today, including a 2 mile run and some bench press practice. Family life had other plans however so I did what I could, including 70 pullups, and some pressing, including a single at 130, a double at 125, 4 at 115. I think the goal of 135 is in the bag.

Managed to do 5 rounds of HTFU in the morning, but not consecutively. Literally one round while the bacon cooked, for example, just fitted them into the obligations of the morning.
Afternoon, brought baby out to the garage so I could set up my rack for bench pressing. Unfortunately this rack isn’t great… among other issues the height adjustments are far apart… and it wants to fall over when you rack the bar…
Anyway I worked up to a set of 5 at 175lb.
Which is my bodyweight FWIW.
