Even for a hindu squat it is bad form!!

And the other vid on that page of the guy doing hindu squats looked pretty piss poor too!!

Hindu Squat is feet tight together knees together, arms parrellel to the ground for balance, and squat down without seperating your knees until your ass is on your heels and then stand up. With feet and knees together you have to use your arms to balance yourself.

I have Matt Furey’s “Combat Fitness” it’s OK material for what it is!!

Honestly though it is nothing more than every fitness drill you ever used in martial arts and military training. Squat Thrusts, Mountian Climbers…etc. Honestly between the Marine Corp and 15 years of martial arts classes if I ever have to do another situp, squat thrust, burpee, or mountian climber I’m gonna puke!!
