could you give me an example of how will be a good stretching routine, one that can prepared you for a good bench, dead/squat day.
Wich movements are the best for each of this days.

KMC’s thread is awesome. I also have Steve Maxwell’s encyclopedia of joint mobility DVD and its also awesome. I use a lot of the mobility drills in the dvd every time I lift. Mobility drills are where its at–I think that most static stretching is useless, at least for me. There are static stretching techniques that work, but you need to fool the muscle into relaxing while you are stretching it.
“Strength Stretching” by Pavel. It’s contains the only things you will ever need to do regarding stretching for the powerlifts. Get that DVD and watch it 50 thousand times… and buy a foam roller.
