Hey everyone, i have been training for about 1 year now, but only 3 months since the football season ended. I have a few questions that you all might think are dumb or “rookie” but whatever.

When i deadlift with chalk, i always use the reverse grip with my left hand. Is it bad to always turn my left? Or should i alternate switching my grip on sets?

For the front squat, does it matter which way i hold the bar? Whether its with my arms crossed, or my like the olympic style lift hold?
