I work in town but I lift at home. Way up high on top of Conifer Mountain west of Denver.

I live just the opposite way southeast and work all the way up on the northwest end of town.
That drive you’ve got sucks ass, I have an uncle that lives up past Conifer (Pine Junction I think).
Looking at starting a new cycle of 531, so I’m resetting my training maxes according to the 1RM testing I did in November.

That about says it all - the meet followed by a busy and stressful week is still taking its toll on me. I’m feeling it more in my shoulders because of this computer work. Haven’t tried to do any leg or back check out to see how they are doing.
Thnaks for the pm heads up, those videos were cool. You really looked like you’ve put on some size compared to the other vids you’ve posted. Maybe it’s just the suit, or the angle? I could really see it during your deads I thought. Anyway, nice job, enjoy the snow!
Did the first real physical labor since the meet today: Scraped the packed snow off the driveway for an hour. Lags and back can really feel it right now.
Still thinking I’ll start up again tomorrow.
Well this was a busted weekend. Yesterday we had to take the dogs up to live with the ex and pick up my daughter from college. Said daughter had managed to break her phone so there was another 2 hours to go to the repair store and get it fixed. Then dinner out with friends.
Today we had to take a 16’ truckload of stuff up to the ex’s place and that turned into an all day fiasco. I’m fried.
Tomorrow’s out too, so maybe Tuesday…
The time is evidently not right to startup again. I have no motivation and am using every excuse to puss out. I’m not gonna sweat it and just go with the lazy flow for a few more days.
