Just enough to break a sweat today.

I am hoping to find my happy medium pre meet. I have done exactly what George is planning, and it was horrible. I have also tried the ‘do nothing and super compensate’ and let me tell you, nothing supercompensated. Moving a lot of blood around, getting a pump, maybe ramping up bb style on some assistance excercises is what I will try next.

That “What George was planning on doing…” I’ll try your suggestion tomorrow and Thursday.

Thanks!

Just caught up. I see you compete on Sunday which is great because my son has a chess tournament on Saturday. I’ll come out to cheer you. Good luck!

I think I have mild elbow tendinitis in my right elbow, fitting right in with my right shoulder…

Nice work, George. Playing it smart.
For me, 800mg of Ibuprofen does wonders…for a few hours.

When is your last workout? Other than walking, I think mine was Yesterday.

I’ve been hitting the Aleve twice a day, keeping it at bay. It doesn’t really bother me while lifting just doing little stuff.

Made up my list of attempts today in both pounds and kilograms. Does anyone know if the kilo plates allow increments of 2.5 kgs?

It looks like it from the USAPL chart Pete sent me. Send me a PM with your e-mail address and I’ll forward the chart. Its pretty kick ass.

Good luck Sunday

Based on all your preparations and hard work it is 99.67 percent certain that you are at you peak performance potential. Therefore it is only logical that you go forth and kick some ass.
