good work, looks like you’re ready
Looks strong, good depth on the squats. Nice work.
Looking good, soldog. Looks like you are primed and ready to go.
Looking strong sir. Can’t wait to read about your meet. Those look like great openers.
Nice job on all those lifts! Looking good.
DAMN STRONG! Your in the grove. great lifting
Nice work, George! Looking forward to your meet results.
And you really should lay off the bike for a while to let me catch up, er, I mean taper for your meet. Yeah. That’s it. That’s the ticket!
You’re so ready. Very “logical” choice of openers.
Awesome. Can’t wait to cheer you on!
Nice Job, your strong and ready.
really looking well.
time to unleash the DOG!! Have at em man…
Thanks everybody - but it is still a week and a half until my part of the meet.

took an hour and 5 minutes to get through this. Same as Sunday but only to singles at openers. Deads felt really heavy probably indicates that I shouldnâ??t pull with only a days rest.
Excellent work, SD. I know you’re going to do great at the meet.
Pulling with only a days rest will sap your strength. What do you plan to do for the next 1 1/2 weeks? Lifting light or just resting? If you’re competeing in the 220s you should stuff your face with as much food as you can between now and the meet.
Have a great Thanksgiving.
Nicely done Solodog. Good luck.
Have a great thanksgiving. I was diagnosed as depressed in 2001. I have been taking 60mg of prozac every day ever since. It really helps. Given your recent situation and changes, if you are not already seeing a headshrinker, I recommend it. They are great for giving you some perspective, and some behavioral cues as well.
pushing against something heavy is the only thing that has kept me sane, or at least partially so. I hope it continues to have a good effect on you as well.
Have a great thanksgiving George. You are ready for the meet, and I am excited to hear how you do! There will prolly be some lifters from Utah, but sadly I won’t be amongst them.
Thanks guys - a full day boarding lesson and I beat to shit and back. Knees, elbows, butt and back are all bitchin’ at me. Oh, I’m also completely wiped out tired too…
Two more days of this fun!
Sound like a blast. Hope you have a great Thanksgiving!
