Wow! Catching up with your log… nice work! You have come a long way dog! Congrats on getting your feet wet with the comp… your gonna love it! I have to agree with Strick… angle toes out a bit more, push your elbows forward on the way up, push that chest out… it’s comin’![/quote]

That’s pretty much what Meat said to me about my knee-cave issue. Working on it, but its slow-going.

Thanks everybody! It’ll be an experience.

Good news: stress echo-cardiogram today showed nothing wrong with my heart. My symptoms are most likely due to the high stress in my life over the last months.

That is some good news, finally! All I have been hearing lately is bad stuff all around me. Time to de-stress though pup… before it does become an issue

Good news indeed. Time to ditch the stress so there are no problems down the road. (:

Thanks jack, strick! it was only 210 and I though it was getting stuck for an instant there. I’ll take the 210 because that is what my last rep PR predicted. Just a little validation of the formula for me.

nice work!!!

great progress!

SD- Moving up! As Wendler says progress is progress…well done

Sorry I’m late but congrats on the upcoming meet. What weight class?? Openers??

Thanks kmac, OG

Steve - I sent in my application as a 220 class but if my weight keeps dropping from stress I might make 198. Not worrying about that. as for openers I think:
squat 275
bench 175
dead I still don’t know, gotta see what I can pull for a max tomorrow, but at least 340ish

testing maxes this week on all my lifts so I have an idea about where I stand now.

Nice job on the 210! That’s pretty darn ballsy going for a PR without a spotter.

Thanks kimba! I have the safety bars set at a point where I roll the bar off my chest and slip out from underneath. If fact, if you go back through the log you would a couple places not too long ago where that happened.

edit: here’s the latest one
