Happy Birthday!! 48 and going strong…and getting stronger!
Happy birthday, George! Hope you have a good day at the golf course!
Thanks everybody!
We had a great day getting fried in the Indian Summer sunshine. The golf game though showed our lack of recent play…
happy bday George. How does it feel to be 48 and getting BETTER every day? spending a day with your son, nothing better…
Happy 48th, George!
Wow

48 and getting better/stronger feels better than 45 and realizing that I was working towards an early grave or an extended old age of not being physically able to do the things I might want to do.
Happy birthday dog, hope it was a blast.

Cycle6 Week1
warm-up stuff
MP barx10, 65x5, 75x5
85x5, 95x5, 110x12 (4 short of a PR)
BBB MP 75x10 5 sets

Great chins PR! I would add them, if I could do them ![]()
Happy birthday soldog. I also played golf in the beautiful colorado weather this weekend, but I’m in Northern Colorado. Have you been watching our local idiot fake a balloon disaster?

Thanks kimba - It took almost a half a century to learn but maybe, just maybe, I did learn that lesson.
I’m really late but happy birthday! I’m with you on trying to avoid an early grave. Great lifting.

x2. Are you still cutting the caloric intake? I can really tell the days I didn’t load up enough before working out. Or when I did’t get enough protein after the previous workout.
