SD,

Squats are looking good. Your knees were staying out, coming out of the hole. Happy Father’s Day!

Thanks cakewalk!

Soldog those squats are looking good, nice work
good form

You def got more than 240x4 in you now, then. You’re coming out of the hole pretty fast, lots of strength, so it’s just a matter of getting used to and coordinating with the heavier weights.

Thanks KMC, DCA - we’ll see on Sunday 'cause I do 250 as my top set.

In other news… got a line on a power rack through Craig’s list. One of these:
http://www.newyorkbarbells.com/8515.html
plus additional safety bars and plate holders
He’s asking $350

I’m waiting on a call back now…

Oh Yeah! Give him the goal, ref! TDS makes decent stuff - good catch.

Looks sweet. Lots you can do with that.

Nice choice with the old school Aerosmith and Boston! Hard to beat the classics. Great work on the videos also, non-youtubers like myself really love that stuff, thanks for that. Your training really looks good, keep it up!

HA - I have the IPOD on album shuffle so I never know what is gonna come on next. Makes for some weird lifting music at times (think U2/Rock Lobster)

Keep up the good work!

PRs all over the place lately on this thread. Great work solo dog!

I need to get a little more diversity in my workout tunes. I think the metallic, angst-filled, grunge is starting to rot my brain.

Great job on the military presses, Dog!

You have a lot of untapped strength. Can’t wait to see where you are six months from now.

+5# and +1 rep (from the 13@95#)…nice job. I think eco is dead on.

Thanks guys - you’d think my beginner’s gains would slack off anytime now…

But yeah - I’m looking forward to what I can do by the end of the year as well.

This is how I get my “lawn” mowed…

I like the videos, I always tell people they are the best way to track your progress and check your form, good work!

i so would have been eating that big fella for lunch. trespassing is still unlegal in CO aint it? does trespass trump poaching?
