135lb full squat clean from floor
Ring dips
I modified this workout last time to:
135lb power cleans from floor
close grip pushups (hands inside shouder width)
Time: 7:43
So I decided to do the same workout and compare times
Time today: 7:23… PR on this workout. Tough as hell on the grip!
Tanimal update: she’s recovering well and will be back in full athletic action in about 4-6 weeks. I’m picking up orthotics tomorrow so if they help my foot out, I might be able to ease back into some light running…
