The judiciary is independent and judicial decisions are enforced. There are only limited problems in the functioning of democracies.

-Free elections, but with issues like low political engagement or weak governance
-Some limitations on media freedom or judicial independence.
Yeah, that describes Europe, Canada and Australia.
Not sure what you mean. If you imply that most european countries and canada aren’t well functioning democracies, we live in a different reality.
