Rogue equipment is for rich folks

What a bunch of BS.

Full Democracy (scores of 8.00–10.00):

-Strong political participation and civil liberties

-Independent judiciary and media

-Well-functioning government institutions

Full democracies: Countries in which not only basic political freedoms and civil liberties are respected, but which also tend to be underpinned by a political culture conducive to the flourishing of democracy. The functioning of government is satisfactory. Media are independent and diverse. There is an effective system of checks and balances. The judiciary is independent and judicial decisions are enforced. There are only limited problems in the functioning of democracies.

Flawed Democracy (scores of 6.00–7.99):

-Free elections, but with issues like low political engagement or weak governance

-Some limitations on media freedom or judicial independence.

Yeah, that describes Europe, Canada and Australia.

Not sure what you mean. If you imply that most european countries and canada aren’t well functioning democracies, we live in a different reality.

I’ve never seen anything like this.

Balled up a hss hole cutter like it was made out of bubble gum. They can easily do about 100 holes in half inch plate before resharpening. That one was toast before it got half way through ¼ inch.

Made in?

Pretty sure its of Chinese origin. Seems like a material flaw.

Here’s a normal one functioning properly:

Thats like ⅝" or ¾" and it just flys right through.
