What does an Upper Day look like?
Do you make an effort to switch up the training so each upper body muscle gets a chance to be First in the workout?

I do 2 or 3…

Overall grade: Sub optimal
I have “squat days” and “deadlift days”, and on some of them I do upper body work like BTN press, tricep pushdowns or various rows. Now that I think about it, I really don’t train chest at all since ditching all bench variations
What if this whole drone thing is a marketing scheme perpetrated by drone makers because they know that a lot of people are just jagoffs, and a proportional amount are easily messed with?
Obviously these folks don’t make it to my gym on Mondays.
The most obvious explanation is that lifters have a less focused “upper body day”, including arms or back, or use some variant of push and pull (maybe legs).
Latest rumor on the drones…searching for stolen radioactive materials

Trump has been called out for fat shaming. But… is it possible?
It makes perfect sense, it’s called capitalism. The more relevant question is why we subsidize corn and thus corn syrup.
also related, the stupid government-mandated ethanol that HAS to be added to gasoline! As it relates to power output per molecule of hydrocarbon, ethanol is much less powerful than gasoline and the ridiculous 10% mix they have to add to gasoline only serves to lessen the power output/fuel economy of vehicles.
Again, we pay farmers to grow corn, who then sell it to petroleum refiners to refine ethanol, and then add it into gasoline tanker trucks for sale to the public. Ethanol is also more hydrophilic, thus why your lawn equipment cannot be stored without use for very long without gumming up.
I had a buddy bragging he puts the High ethanol fuel only in his ethanol compatible vehicle because it is SO much cheaper to fill it up. I then told him yeah, it’s cheaper because you also get terrible mpg. I told him to fill up on ethanol only fuel and then regular unleaded and set his trip odometer for each test…needless to say he was shocked at how his mileage suffered on the high ethanol fuel. I also told him he was prematurely wearing his rings/seals in his engine due to ethanol having poor lubricity quality compared to petroleum based fuel. It’s the same reason why petroleum based diesel is “better” for the diesel engine vs biodiesel only…biodiesel has poor lubricity qualities and also is more likely to gel in cold weather (unless it has lubricity additive and mixed with regular diesel to help in cold weather)
Earl Butz left the world a worse place than he found it.

the government has something planned
If you’re aliens trying to find intelligent life in the US, that’s where you would look.
Is that most read by virgins?
From what I read, heavily influenced by women, who generally read more. Lots of “romantacy” which I just learned was “romantic fantasy.” You know, hunky elves 'n shit.
I have a limited understanding of stuff I don’t read. But I thought a lot of that involved single women doing farm chores on the prairie, who unexpectedly meet landlocked pirate leaders, have a kid, and hope to domesticate these wild souls. But why would a pirate be in Kansas?. Silly rabbit, the plot is not the point.
