Lazy in general. Some health issues with hubby pulled me out of the gym for a bit, then some remodeling pulled me out of the gym for a bit, blah blah blah. I give it up to avoid conflict, but I resent it.
Anyway. Other stuff with work and family means that Nats isn’t looking likely for me.
That gives me a cranky lump in my throat, but at the same time, perhaps it’s a sign that I need to not worry about competing and just worry about being healthy.

That sucks. I pulled out last year for a variety of similar reasons. It turned out that it wasn’t the end of the world but I didn’t want to hear about all the fun everyone else had.

Hope you and your hubby are both OK. Sucks that you have to give up your comp but as you say, sometimes you just have to prioritse. [/quote]
^ This. Nothing will make you appreciate your health, like not having it. Oh, and I was sorry to hear about your friend’s ugly divorce. I recently had a similar experience with some couple friends. They seemed like the most happy couple. It’s always really disconcerting to find out that things are not what they seem. Oh, and nice legs in your avi.
Coach got 4th overall in the Arnold Raw for lightweight men, First in Masters. Woo woo!
Saturday I squatted to several singles at 225 and then 245, and then 20x135. Then I did some bottom start good mornings and suitcase deadlifts with a dumbbell, to 115s. Those are great!
Must see pic of yellow heels. Yes, I have a fetish.
Oh, and I was impressed to hear about your energy for remodeling. At this point, I’ve lost all my steam when it comes to home maintenance, and am content to watch things slowly fall apart.
Haha, thanks re: the shoes, ladies. I couldn’t decide if they are hideous or awesome, but either way I think I love them. Especially with the blue toenails.
We have to wear gray skirts and white tops…but no one ever said anything about obnoxious shoes!
