I began really training in 1999(weighing around 90 something lbs and looking like one of those starving children you see on tv)in the first pic and have made pretty steady gains to where I am now second pic(6’0,195). I would like to get to around 225lb , but progress has slowed and weight has remained the same(even though I eat like a horse, using mostly clean foods)

Heres the most recent pic, sorry wasn’t sure how to post them both together in the same post.
where is the after lol you look really bad in this firstpic
Edit: I posted before i saw transformation nice job on it btw.
Great progress, continue doing whatever it is you’re doing, but;
Your avatar freaks me the fuck out.
Other than that, it’s nice to see someone who’s made some real progress.
Damn… now that is how you get the job done.
Wow, that is some stellar progress!!! Nice work.
And your avatar is cool also, with your transformation.
Very good job man! Care to share your diet and training?
Nice job, definite improvement there. Keep it up.
Diet and training has changed a lot during the years as I’m sure you can imagine. I’ll try to find some of my beginning workouts and meal plans and post them up to help out.
Heres a pic during cutting and with some tan
looking good! how many pics were used in that transformation sequence?
That is an excellent transformation. Job well done.
only 2
Awesome job! You know what you are doing.
D
it looks like you hit puberty and lifted some weights
At this point I think you get to go onto talk shows or infomercials about how weight training changed your life.

No kidding. Talk about dedication.
Musclez99, how old were you in the before pic? What kind of major lessons did you learn over the years? What other goals do you have besides reaching 225?
Excellent work, just shows what some dedication over time can do.
Can you tell me how you did that morphing transformation for your avatar? I’ve got some pics I’d like to be able to do that with, you can pm me if you’d rather.
Thanks.
I was 17 in the first pic and a sophomore in Hs. Lessons I learned lets see, you have to eat a lot and often, try to take in food every 2-3hrs when possible. Eliminate sodas from diet and give your self at least one day to eat cheat foods, but on those days don’t go overboard.
Stick to the core lifts when starting out. Just stick with a good solid routine and don’t worry if your not the strongest or the biggest, lift weight thats right for you.
No need to try an train your ego while at the gym, just stick to the muscles. Don;t ever let anybody tell you that it can’t be done, if you want it bad enough find a way. Theres a few that I feel are pretty well know and very good points
As far as other goals I want to enter a job in the fitness industry(probably start with personal training), own and operate my own chain of gyms, but thats in the future and if things fall into place start competing in some shows.
This thread is what this forum is all about. Someone actually put in the time, made great progress and is asking for an assessment. Very impressive!
