I was just wondering if i can add a power clean, i don’t want to mess with it but i could really benefit from the PC

In your other recent thread, I thought you were on a different program.
In any case, if you’re referring to the Tim Henriques program, someone asked him that in the comments section. His answer:
“Light power stuff should be okay, heavy stuff might interfere with recovery. I don’t do those exercises super often so I would trust your gut and see how it goes.”

okay, i was thinking if i just did a 5x3 at the start of my leg day it should be fine…

I think what he might’ve been getting at is that last week you laid out a totally different program, and like Jbpick mentioned in that thread, you were on another different plan just two months prior. Make sure you’re not program-hopping, and you’re really soaking up as much progress from a plan before bailing on it.

3x3 would be more fine. I did that Henriques program and the leg day is plenty brutal as-is. There’s no sense, or benefit, to beating yourself up with more cleans.

Fair enough ill do a 3x3 and keep it light.
