Ive stopped gaining weight since last week,time to add more cals.Im just wondering,i know i dont have the proper weight,should i dont care about the extra fat till i`m like 200 lbs?( im still 9-10 % bf).[/quote]
It all depends on how you will handle the extra weight mentally. You know you can get it off because you have already made a good cut, but some people just don’t like the extra weight. I personally don’t mind it. I think it did wonders for me to just focus on my strength on the 5 basic exercises though. I definitely got the most “bang for my buck” as the clichÃ???Ã???Ã???Ã??Ã?© goes. I got addicted to the strength side of things somewhere though, so I have goals there before I am going to make a cut.
Just do what you want to do? Find a goal and work toward it. As long as you have a plan that allows for progress, and you are making some here and there, you cant go wrong in my opinion.[/quote]
