Was it all diet?
Did you do cardio?

Ive increased my calories intake by 300 and now im doing cardio only 3 times per week, before i was doing like everyday after my workout (HIITs,10-15 mins). I wanna be a full athelte and it may be wierd but i will risk my gains a bit and i will still do cardio even if it will be harder to achieve my lbs.

I will refill my supplements stack for this month in a few days with:
Gold Whey Standard + Vitargo( building my own gainer) and some sort of creatine( i`ve used Muscle Pharm creatine this month,a mix of hcl, phosphate and monohydrate one)
I wanna change my creatine type this month to see how it goes and i was wondering if i should remain on hcl or i should swamp on creapure monohydrate 5g/day.(not doing creatine break, drinking lots of fluids).

If you’re looking to gain weight, I wouldn’t spend a ton of money on supplements. I would buy whole foods instead. There are a lot of great articles on here about how to do this. I would get a quality protein to use when I had to miss meals.

It all depends on how you will handle the extra weight mentally. You know you can get it off because you have already made a good cut, but some people just don’t like the extra weight. I personally don’t mind it. I think it did wonders for me to just focus on my strength on the 5 basic exercises though. I definitely got the most “bang for my buck” as the cliché goes. I got addicted to the strength side of things somewhere though, so I have goals there before I am going to make a cut.
Just do what you want to do? Find a goal and work toward it. As long as you have a plan that allows for progress, and you are making some here and there, you cant go wrong in my opinion.

Keep going. I did my first bulk from 158 to 214 in about 7 months. Focus on strength. That will allow you to use more weight when you switch back to a pure bodybuilding program.
