I will add tomorrow some photos with my legs also.
What is your training like? You’ve made progress, more definition than mass though. If you weigh less than 200lbs I think most people on this forum will just tell you to keep gaining weight

5x per week with 1 muscle group every day of training.

Thanks a lot, otherwise im not a “bulking machine” im used to eat clean foods so i will just add more calories intake like lean proteins and complexe carbs.

that’s the way to do it. Don’t be scared if your abs blur a little while you’re bulking. You’ve already proven to yourself you can get lean so don’t freak out over a little fat while bulking, but don’t use “I’m bulking” as an excuse to get all fat and gross.
Good luck!

Haha,why?
You’ve got a nice basis now, go ahead and ramp up the food to reach for slow gains. You’ll progress quickly, I’m sure.
Where do you train, by the way? Nice to see some more people from Germany on the forums.

Dont think you only need complex carbs. Rice and potatoes are a great source for carbs, good progress so far and good look with the weight gain, make sure to check back in.

Hey guys,i need some info.My basic train is a 5x days per week workout, curently im trying to gain some weight,so im in the bulking phase,as you see the measurements got me at 9.2% BF while im doing cardio(HIIT max 10-15 minutes) after my workout session.I know that if i want some gains i need to stop doing this cardio, but here is my problem,i cant stop doing cardio because in my childhood i was doing alot of resistence sports, including swimming etc. so running its bassicly my life.I was thinking to increase my calories intake but i find it pretty hard, any sugestions?

Arm
You have a good bone structure and overall look now time to add some mass to it as you already know. Ramp up the eating and play with it. Just watch your body and see how it reacts to certain levels of carbs and fat with respect to how you are looking in the mirror. Otherwise good job at getting lean bro.
