In this context you have dignity imo if you dont cheat ( roid usage) and yes it is considered cheating in all feds even tough some are properly aware :frowning: long life ipf even tough they could do more. And if you support drug free lifting and dont let you personal greed for satisfaction ( biggest weihgt lifted) take over. Imo many people sacrifice their dignity and try to be badass when deep inside they are “cheaters” with needles in their arms. These are my opinions
Your opinions are stupid. Most people on roids work 100x harder than you “natty/raw 4 life broz”. And no it isn’t cheating in all feds. You either made that up yourself or someone who’s equally as ignorant as you told you that. The only time I’d ever have any disrespect for someone who’s on is if they still compete in drug-tested feds. Otherwise, they are usually way more committed than the average lifter, work harder and have a deeper desire to break some records or get their names out there. And more often than not, these people would still be MUCH stronger than you/me even without their illegal supplements.

Your opinios are stupid and fake , and off course the classic people on roids work so hard argument came up,i know some work their ass of but people on roids dont work 100x harder its so much easier for them to get strong and be idolized, and you roids guys all now deep inside that you are a bunch of fakers, come on real lifters dont sit in their closet with needles and pills. I have not researched the things about lifting feds enough and i admit i should have done that cause i thought almost all the feds had tests. I know some of the best lifters are very talented probably alot stronger than me without roids, but i dont care cause they sold themselves and their honor for fame and i wont sit and praise them even tough they do amazing feats, their deep desire is for me is not true when the betrayed the iron, people and around them and themselves. Nobody asked either of you, because you two weren’t bitching about a hitched gym lift. I’m not sure what point either of you is wanting to make.
Listen here Philip J. Fry, my point was simply making fun of the lift. I can’t take the OP’s hitch lift seriously because a heave like that makes the lift significantly easier to perform. I mean great for him to get his ego strong, but I feel bad for his back. Strongmen do that as a necessity to get more reps in competition, but that doesn’t apply here.

So I fail to see why everyone here is making a big fuss about it? It doesn’t matter if he’s pulling 650 or 315, it’s a silly attempt at a deadlift. What the OP should be asking is what he needs to do to fix it, because if he did fix that bad habit he’d be pulling closing to 700 if he was using proper hip extension/have stronger posterior chain muscles to handle the load.

Dalle- Slow down man I’m not jumping sides at all I agree with alot of what you said up top not so much the last rant or so VT is just a funny Guy. At the beginning of this thread I was and I am still very pro PEDs. I know I’m pretty young and ran my first cycles very freaking young out of being ignorant but I loved the stuff and in no way did I feel I sold my soul and no one even the natty guys I trained with did. Also my organization has 0 and I mean 0 drug rules.

I don’t think people in general have any understanding of biomechanics, or even basic physics. When you hitch to straighten up your back like that, you basically eliminate the torque on the spine that makes the sticking point in the deadlift so hard in the first place…hence why it’s illegal.

Good point in your second paragraph, but that’s what this forum is. Once you get to a certain number, we’re all supposed to ignore how bad or illegitimate the lift was and pat you on the back when you post it.

This has to be a troll job. It’s just lifting weights, for crying out loud! Who cares who does what?

Your ass and hamstrings might need work. I think bringing those up would make that lift smoother. Its an impressive lift, no doubt. Sorry your forum got sidetracked with people who just want to argue.
I find that my glutes and hamstrings are my weakness and when I go too heavy I also have to hitch. But there are more qualified people to ask.

Good luck!

And selling yourself and honor for fame are imo if you choose to take roids to become the best instead of lifting natural. Natural power is power without aids of roids doh. Upper back, glutes, hammys. My lockout is my weak point on deadlifts so that’s what I am hammering right now. It would serve the OP well to do that too.

Jesus fucking Christ.

Dalle man you have completely lost me and you are nuts… I respect your opinion but, I do not in any way agree with it. Your not the only fucking person who lifts with a passion and just because some one uses PEDs to better there selves does not mean they are not passionate about lifting. Your going way fucking over board with your statements and losing respect and reputation with every key stroke.
