I’ve never taken steroids. Though i do run a cycle here and there of epistane or other pro-hormone/pro-steroids. My diet isnt always good and beer is included.

Epistane is not “pro” anything. It is an active anabolic in its current state. Just because you were able to buy it online before the ban doesnt mean its anything less than an anabolic steroid. What’s next, youre going to say that superdrol is a “prohormone” also. Google “designer steroid” when you get a chance.

Furthermore, once a prohormone is converted into an active form its effects are IDENTICAL to anabolic steroids.

So not only have you DEFINITELY used steroids, you lied to that person’s “face”.

Well obviously you are more knowledgeable than me about that. I have read that multiple times that they’re called designer steroids but there always seems to be others that would say otherwise. My bad. then call me ignorant not a liar.

You’re not really going to get many recommendations for designer steroids or prohormones around here. Seen some people suggest superdrol or h-drol, but not much. Most discussion revolves around AAS use. I haven’t used either so I can’t help, just a heads up.

its generally accepted that pro-hormones are less effective with worse and more unknown side effects then anabolic steroids. I’m not suggesting you switch to steroids, simply stating that learning to properly cycle testosterone would be safer and would give you much better results.

I dont recommend anything that still exists after the ban(s). The more things that become banned the more things that are left that have no track record.

Youve already lost your natural status. May as well use the real thing, its safer and more effective. If its the legal aspect, well, theres not much you can do about that.

Now mart… as far as contructive critism goes, its seems everyone is throwin at you back width/thick and hamys, while thats all well and good and it always pays off to build those things up. Im checkin out your piks and i feel like you need more abs thickness combined with chest work especially on the lower side. Just feel like that would tie in your physique so much better.

As i look at your piks on your profile thats what i see, but then you posted a most-musc pose in the forums thats does your chest much more justice. I guess itll depend on what your goals are and how ur feel about it urself? competing? Alot of people are always gonna need more ham developement, but ur piks tell me you should design the chest and abs a lil more to give your upper body a real finishing touch.

Guess its gonna come down to what you want to work on more, GL!

I appreciate your input matrix. Ive been doin more decline chest work lately which i had just about stopped besides dips a couple years ago. I had hurt my shoulder from decline dumbell presses. I didn’t think about the fact that my abs are kinda thin until you say that. Thanx again.

Thanx. Calves i just measured at 17". Workin hard after a slacking few weeks…

Your rear delts have come out very nice. Definitely get some focus on those hammys! Romanian DL should be your best friend from now on. Treat your calves like forearms train em frequently they could use it. I also think you back could thicken up a little more. But hey all together your looking great man. GL if you do decided to compete in BB. im impressed with you BB curl. Must have a decent grip strength

I try to do calves 3 times a week. But i don’t do specific forearm exercises. Been doin Romanians when i can but they can be tough on the lower back since I already do enough deadlifts to keep my lower back sore constantly. Thanks for the info Achilles.
