Agreed on the shoulder thing. If you haven’t tried the I,BODYBUILDER program, I think the shoulder phase of that is pretty great. A couple or 3 weeks of that could potentially give you a pretty noticeable difference. For hamstrings, if you’re not doing sprints already, a sprint day here and there can help alot.
I’ll look into the I,BODYBUILDER program. I should be doing sprints, but how would sprints help me build mass in my hamstrings?

Thank You. I have been working all three of those groups hard, especially since I first posted this.

Solid physique, definitely looks like you enjoy heavy lifting. From a BB perspective, back width, calves, and hammies are the areas you need to work on, but you are doing awesome bro.
Thanks. I’ve been working all of them. Been doin some hardcore wide-grip pull-ups and pull-downs for that back width, along with other exercises. I’m enjoying these hard back workouts absolutely! Building wings!

For back width, I’d focus more on bent over rows, rack chins, and t-bar rows over any type of pulldown or pullup.

Impressive physique mate. Sprints are good for bringing up your hammies because they’re really the prime mover for a good portion of the sprint gait - and when you’re driving as hard as you can over 40 yards or so, it’s a great opportunity to activate all your fast twitch fibres maximally.
Try a well executed sprint session, like 10 x 40 yards at 100% with 2 minutes between, and your hamstrings will come up toasted.

Really? I thought bent over rows and t-bar rows were more for back thickness that width. I’ve never heard of those rack chins though. I will be tryin those out. Thanks.

Thanks. I will be trying out this sprint routine. Seems like it would be a great burnout at the end of my leg workout. I better do only 5 x 40 first, so I could walk the next day.

I think the lack of working my shoulders enough have made them get sore at the joint more from doing other exercises(bench, back rows)
Try doing release technique by rolling/pressing hard on a croquet/golf/other-hard ball on the teres minor as well as the traps along the lateral border of the scapula. Also foam roll the shit out of the lats, including while performing a triceps stretch if you can picture that. Also stretch the pecs aggresively. I hope this helps!

Lats, back thickness, hamstrings. Train them.

is this something one can be achieved naturally? would be an ideal goal for me especially legs, fair play mate

Your lifts maxes aren’t any big deal. I mean what is your goal, to me mr.olympia or what? I was 15 with your maxes and there were guys that were stronger than me.

Absolutely!
I’ve never taken steroids. Though i do run a cycle here and there of epistane or other pro-hormone/pro-steroids. My diet isnt always good and beer is included.

Well I suspect you are one of those things that just post cocky shit to get people going. If not, you’re an arrogant ass, or just a liar. My maxes (which aren’t amazing) at 15 must be impossible if not, it would be very unhealthy for such a young person.

Your quads are very impressive bro. How often do you train legs and what exercises? What do you attribute your quad development to?

Thanks. I try to train each bodypart 1 to 1 1/2 times per week. I just do all the main leg exercises besides leg extensions since i havent bought a machine for that yet.

How did u get your lower abs - hips area to stick out so much, like a lower v

WHAT? ’
is that a joke

Epistane is not “pro” anything. It is an active anabolic in its current state. Just because you were able to buy it online before the ban doesnt mean its anything less than an anabolic steroid. What’s next, youre going to say that superdrol is a “prohormone” also. Google “designer steroid” when you get a chance.

Furthermore, once a prohormone is converted into an active form its effects are IDENTICAL to anabolic steroids.

So not only have you DEFINITELY used steroids, you lied to that person’s “face”.

I’m actually more surprised and disheartened by Westy’s question. Not taking anything away from the OP, really good build and obvious years of hard work. But I am shocked that someone would ask if steroids are necessary to get to that level.

Genetics bro. No target training will do what I assume your talking about.

Well obviously you are more knowledgeable than me about that. I have read that multiple times that they’re called designer steroids but there always seems to be others that would say otherwise. My bad. then call me ignorant not a liar.

Do you use them yourself bonez?

agreed

Is that usually a genetic attribute? It very well may be. Ive built them up but i think i’ve been able to flex them like that since i was young.

I used epistane once, not a fan. That’s the only designer Ive tried, I’ve used other things in the past.
