zach89, if you doubt your training program this much, you might as well switch anyway.
I forgot all about this thread. Squatted 600 with just a belt for the first time this summer. I doubled it, although the second rep was high. The first one probably woulda gotten redlighted USAPL, but every time I look at it I go back and forth on whether it was a little high or right there. It certainly wasnt super-deep, but it wasnt sky high either.

Hanley, what kinda numbers are you using on straight leg situps that you get 150 lbs carryover? If I remember correctly those are your primary ab exercise, any others?
i feel like a bitch b/c I am totally not coming through on my quest for this 600lb squat.
i hit 605 raw on monolift few months ago, aiming for 625 by end of year.
Whew I’m at 265lbs… Got quite a ways to go
