600 Bench Press RAW

finally a height and weight, to match i only need to add another 90lbs bodyweight, and only about 400lbs to my bench! still an awesome bench press. and x2 on what cephalic carnage said.

Bump!

What a bench press! Looking forwards to reading more, thanks for the video.

Slightly disheartening to see someone bench more than I can dead lift but thats life :frowning:

Haven’t only 33 or 34 people in the world benched 600+ raw in competition?

OP, press that shit in a comp ASAP man. You could get injured tomorrow or something and never have that lift go down in comp. I’m sure you’ll be fine but still, I would want to hit 600 in a comp and be on of the 30 something guys who’ve ever done that as soon as humanly possible, if I were in your position.

WOW!!! that was awesome man! keep it up man!

You made that looking stupid easy. Wow.

As far as my light day’s I still do same basic movements for example back I always do a minimum of one row movement one pull up exercise and one reverse fly. Rep range on light days 10-15 range some sets I even go as high as 25. I Have a rotation of a group of exercises I like and based on how I feel or whats available I just do it. I go to the gym with a general idea of what I want to do but based on how I feel I will change reps, weights, exercises. When its heavy chest day I pyramid up, when I get to 495 if it feels heavy I might not go heavier for that day. I think its my body telling me to back off. I do follow the basic routine I posted before but its just a guideline how I feel determines what I do more than my set workout.

Shoulder health is very important to me, there aren’t to many people who lift heavy who have never had a shoulder issue. I do rotator cuff after shoulders. I do 3 exercises 12-20 reps for rotator cuff. Usually 3 sets for each movement.

The most I have done on Shoulder press is a triple with 405. I have never tried to max out. I really don’t like doing anything besides Bench Press for less than a triple.

Rasturai I will write out a sample workout exercise next post I have to shot to the gym. I have them saved somewhere on my computer just gotta find it.

Alright that sounds awesome man, I can’t wait to see it!
Is there a specific scheme you use for pyramid on the bench press (your main movement) or, whatever you feel like…do you ever switch out benches for inclines or something, or would that work all be assistance kind of stuff.

Again, can’t wait to see it!

I am going to put in Mondays workout every set,rep and weight right after I am done with it.

Can i ask you about your nutrition? Do you just eat everything in site to maintain and try and gain or are you on a strict diet counting calories and stuff like that?

I try to eat healthy. Good quality meat and fish. I don’t like vegetables but try to eat as much as possible plus I use a super greens. Plenty of fruit and nuts. I try to get at least 300 grams of protein a day most days I am pretty close.

SIX THREE FIVE for 2x2- INCREDIBLE!!!

Thanks for posting this.
Do that in competition and you’ll be one of the 15 strongest pressers of all time and the third best in the 275 class.

Someone T-Cell this guy. TC/Biotest should get in touch with him immediately.

That’s awesome! Like looking at the incredible hulks training journal.

HOLY SHIT. No wonder your triceps are gigantic. You are ridiculously awesome. Excuse my nuthugging.
