I dont think anyone is intimidated by your 100 lb physique. It looks like you are infected by the ‘little man’ disease buddy.
That picture was a while back and I was actually 158.4lbs which just goes to show how much you know. I am 164.7lbs now and ripped so although it doesn’t sound like much here when I’m stripped down you can see every pound is pure muscle.

Uh huh, then lets see some pics of how massive and shredded you are.

I’d be worried about what you’re going to do with them…use them for motivation or gratification?

WHOA guys, did you hear him? He said a whole WHOPPING 164.7lbs!!! I think this guy is on steroids!!!
I’m used to that. People are always coming up to me and asking me what sort of gear/juice I’ve been taking and I tell them what I’ll tell you…I am 100% pure natural beef. I am proof that a 1st class physique can be attained without resorting to cheating. Superior training and nutrition all the way.
You seem to be obsessed with me and my physique? This thread is about 5X5…I’m just proof of what it can do.

Come on, that is a bit harsh I think.
Yeh he may have some weird ideas in that head of his, but to put on almost 7lbs of lbm is nothing to laugh at, and probably more than you have ever done.

Helga are you a guy or girl…I am starting to think you are a guy from the avatar but I have gained more than 7 lbs of muscle. ok lets get back to the thread.

Who are you to talk…you wouldn’t even help the guy?

isn’t that what you said to the guy who started the thread…I’m sure he’s just super grateful for all your help…but yeah…I’m sending it to hell?
Have a look how many times in my posts I’ve said…Let’s talk about 5X5…and then get back to me.

Is that you in your avatar? If so, you might want to revise your above statement, or buy a new dictionary
Yeah that’s me in the avatar. What do you mean re revise my statement? I know the photo makes my chest and delts look out of proportion to my arms because of my mass and thinkness but my arms are show stoppers. I also know from the looks of the photo that I have to do a bit more work on my calves but I have been focusing on bringing up my quadsweep for the past couple of months. But asides from that I don’t think there’s much I need to work on? I am cutting now and am down to 6.79% body fat. I’ll be 5% in 11 days and I’ll post some pic’s of me when I am totally jacked.

Looking good. I suggest cutting out dairy. Then you will really be ripped.

(Imagine that famous scene from the elephant man before reading any further)
I AM NOT A FEMALE!!!
but I guess it is my own fault having a womans name on this site and a picture of a female, I can see where people get a little confused.

Sure, you said “thanks” and then you were an asshole. Nice.
Fuck you. I just gave you a website that will explain in-depth anything you need to know about designing an effective 5x5 program and you have the balls to ask me why I didn’t take several hours out of my day to explain its content to you? Do some damn reading for yourself.
If I wanted to devote hours per day teaching about periodization, exercise selection, technique, nutrition, and iron game history, I’d be a coach and write articles for websites. I don’t have the time to teach ungrateful pricks the basics of lifting and periodization. It would literally take hours for me to tell you what you’ll find on that site. Do it yourself.
isn’t that what you said to the guy who started the thread…I’m sure he’s just super grateful for all your help…but yeah…I’m sending it to hell?

My contribution was a link to an extremely thorough, understandable, and helpful site about 5x5 programs. He decided to shit on my contribution, so I returned the favor. Please, explain to me how you’ve helped him more by saying “let’s talk about 5x5.”

Thanks but I have another question. Why is it that when I ask questions here someone says read, search engine, read this site? Why dont you just say that to every person that ever posts on this website? I come here for help, not to hear ‘read the site’. just wondering. Thanks
I’m going to try to take this from another angle.
Perhaps you thought that by “read this site,” I meant “read T-Nation.” I corrected my post later by listing the link I was referring to. Obviously, saying “read all of T-Nation and get back to us” doesn’t help much.
But, reading the site I later linked to will help you tremendously, and you can get through all of the material fairly quickly. It is a tremendous wealth of knowledge about basic training theory, exercise selection, and specific, very well-designed 5x5 programs.
Either use the Intermediate 5x5 program that he outlines, or get Starting Strength and use the program in there if you’re relatively new to lifting (less than 6-12 months).
I’ll list the site again for clarity:
Hopefully it was a misunderstanding and you weren’t really shitting on the advice I gave you.
Hopefully.
Although the huge chance exists that you were just being a prick. You certainly came across that way, whether you were upset about me telling you about that site or upset because you thought I was telling you to read T-Nation (I don’t know why that would be though). Hopefully I didn’t waste my time yet again by trying to help you.

I have high school boys who look waaaaay better than you. Some of my students would crush you easily.
I hope that this is all just some good Irish humor (part of my family came from Armagh).
You’re totally off the point. I offered some constructive and positive advice regarding helping maximise hypertrophy and increasing mass from my own personal experience.
I totally agree with vroom and others…you are just a bitter and negative individual with nothing of interest or substance to say so all that is left is for you to mock and annoy others who have succeeded immerasurably where you have failed.
Troll Hall of Fame? What do you guys think?
And if what you’ve done is succeed ‘immeasurably’, then I don’t want to succeed.
This is clearly one of the funniest threads I’ve read on here since the Professor X’ Shower Routine thread!
You’re the one with the obvious little man’s disease and I’m the cure…I could drop a super powered mind bomb on you. I’ve been in the trenches and done the hard yards and am trying to pass on all the knowledge that I’ve amassed in the last 21 months of hardcore training. You’ve still yet to contribute anything remotely positive and your responses are dwindling away in the face of my educational onslaught.
I am sure that was your last post…we’ll get back to discussing the power of 5X5.

First - anyone who has spent any significant time training and reading should be able do design their own 5x5 program with about as much effort as it takes to piss after drinking a couple of beer.
Second - I’ve been training for 21 YEARS, and I’m well aware that there’s still a lot more for me to learn. Sorry, but at 21 months, you don’t really qualify as an expert.
Before you spout off - 6’5", 225lbs, 7%bodyfat. I don’t plan on posting pics until I’ve gained at least another 15 pounds. Take the hint.
