Is that you in your avatar? If so, you might want to revise your above statement, or buy a new dictionary

Yeah that’s me in the avatar. What do you mean re revise my statement? I know the photo makes my chest and delts look out of proportion to my arms because of my mass and thinkness but my arms are show stoppers. I also know from the looks of the photo that I have to do a bit more work on my calves but I have been focusing on bringing up my quadsweep for the past couple of months. But asides from that I don’t think there’s much I need to work on? I am cutting now and am down to 6.79% body fat. I’ll be 5% in 11 days and I’ll post some pic’s of me when I am totally jacked.

Be waiting for them pics…

Mass and thickness! You got to be kidding! Your clavicle is showing like a malnourished chick. Dude, you have some serious issues and really need to figure things out. If you’re happy being a skinny weiny boy then go for it, but don’t brag about mass and thickness when all that thickness is between your ears.
[/quote]
You’re obviously jealous…a whole post and the only single flaw you can pick out is that my clavicles are showing? What more am I supposed to do? I have a perfect V taper…a couple more % bodyfat to lose before I starting my next bulking cycle and then get shredded again and repeat we’ll see who’s laughing then?

Keep an eye for me on the cover of a magazine coming to a store near you soon…Men’s Health or Muscle & Fitness is my goal. Probably 2 or 3 bulking/cutting cycle away.

I’m going to go hard and heavy on my new HIT arm routine…I usually say that curls are for girls and tri’s are for guys but this after this new cycle I’m going to unleash the beasts and you will crawl back under whatever bridge you came out from under TROLL.

K twig boy, lets see them 10 inch arms grow.

I’m sorry to laugh at you. Is this some sort of joke your playing?

I have high school boys who look waaaaay better than you. Some of my students would crush you easily.

I hope that this is all just some good Irish humor (part of my family came from Armagh).

I believe you, ReverseHyper1000. You have huge potential based on what I’ve read about you. Just remember me when you get famous.

Yeh, but JOG could still kick your arse

Edit: Reversehyper, are you being stalked by any chance?

You’re totally off the point. I offered some constructive and positive advice regarding helping maximise hypertrophy and increasing mass from my own personal experience.
I totally agree with vroom and others…you are just a bitter and negative individual with nothing of interest or substance to say so all that is left is for you to mock and annoy others who have succeeded immerasurably where you have failed.

Bloody brilliant! Keep it up sir.

Reverse hyper if this isn’t some kind of stupid joke then you are a friggin’ idiot. Your physique is puny and un-manly. You are so enthralled with your newbie muscle that you have dis-engaged your brain. Remember that the entire point of you starting this thread was to have a real weight lifter help your pathethic twiggy ass by handing you a 5x5 program that would work for you.

Do it your fucking self! Research, read and figure it out for yourself! Quit relying on others to do your own damn work. Act like a Man, instead of a metro-sexual, mirror loving, facial moisturizing wreck! God-damn it sack up and put some quality meat on them fucking sad ass soup bones your skin is hanging on and then you can call me out! Until then your just not worth my time, boy.

You are obviously intimidated by my physique…don’t worry. It happens a lot. I often see the body building meatheads in the gym looking on with envy as I pound through my workouts. I might not be massive but I have near perfect symmetry. I assume you’re of that type…covering up your natural tendencies with all your big talk here.

Like I said previously…I’ve done 5X5, 4X6 and 6X4 with great success and experience massive gains everytime and was only trying to make a positive contribution to the thread…which is more than I can say for you. Keep training away and someday you might be half the man I am.

I dont think anyone is intimidated by your 100 lb physique. It looks like you are infected by the ā€˜little man’ disease buddy.

You’re the one with the obvious little man’s disease and I’m the cure…I could drop a super powered mind bomb on you. I’ve been in the trenches and done the hard yards and am trying to pass on all the knowledge that I’ve amassed in the last 21 months of hardcore training. You’ve still yet to contribute anything remotely positive and your responses are dwindling away in the face of my educational onslaught.

I am sure that was your last post…we’ll get back to discussing the power of 5X5.

That picture was a while back and I was actually 158.4lbs which just goes to show how much you know. I am 164.7lbs now and ripped so although it doesn’t sound like much here when I’m stripped down you can see every pound is pure muscle.
