531 BBB FSL Conditioning

I’m currently running 531 BBB FSL (5s Pro Version) and had a question about the conditioning. In Jims Forever book for conditioning, he has 2 days of hard conditioning and I believe 4-5 days of easy conditioning, now if you do the 2 days of hard conditioning (40-yard sprints with 90lbs on the prowler on asphalt) do you do the 4-5 days of easy conditioning also?

Yes. Or you can do all easy conditioning.

If you do 2 hard days, you’d do 1-3 easy.

And 2 hard days is the maximum for hard conditioning on this routine, correct?
