Ok Im 35 and my buddy at the office is 41… Hes a skinny vegitarian and Im a decent built guy 178 at about 13-16% BF right now Im more like 19% becuase I’ve recently been injured and I’ve just kinda said screw it for a while…
Anyhow I read that Robert Downy JR put on 25 lbs of muscle for the Avengers he said he could do that I said no way. He says he can go from 146 to 165 only adding 1 or 2% BF in 12 weeks I said no way. He says he will bet me $500 he gets closer to 165 then I do in 12 weeks. Who has the edge the cutter or bulker in this contest before I go and make the bet? Also what are some ways to ensure I drop the lbs? I cant really run and upper body is out cuz my shoulder is shot from a injury…
