I am about to embark upon a ridiculous contest. I have recently dieted down to 198 from about 218, for the summer. However, living in Silicon Valley, the woman situation is dire to say the least. Anyway, I am a powerlifter, and a friend of mine is a rugby player, and we vowed that if we didn’t have girlfriends by Sept. 1 we were going to enter a weight gaining contest NO HOLDS BARRED to get strong for our repective sports. So here is my plan. I am going to follow a Massive Eating protocol, of course with extreme caloric surplus. My protein supplement of choice will be Muscle Milk because it tastes great and has a ton of calories in it (fairly lo carb). Other supplements will be fenugreek extract and dessicated liver tabs for appetite stimulation. My workouts will be powerlifting workouts with nothing but compound movements. Of course no cardio, but maybe a little GPP to
enhance recovery. I would mostly like to gain lean mass, but like I said, anything goes. The best part of the whole contest will be the weekly eating contests. Any suggestions??? The only one set in stone is the Krispy Kreme challenge. Any weight gain tips/suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

don’t eat super large meals at once as i find this makes me feel bloated and sickly there fore i cant eat as much in the long run for that day what i do is take the large meals and maybe divide them by three so you have a medium meal and i eat them about evry hour for every hour that i am awake so i could be getting in excess of 12 meals a day but my meals are of quality nutrition not fucking junk that i see alot of ppl put down their gullets in order to gain wieght.Also try some ZMA OR TRIBEX, to help facilitate growth, also jmbs during workout drink is working well for me and others.

Suggestion what about the most steaks able to be eaten.
Forgot to list my goals. I would like to reach 220 again (22lbs. gain), as well as
increase each of my lifts by 10%. Therefore, I would like to obtain 415bench. 690 squat, and 660 dead. These might be a little ambitious, but you’ve got to aim high.
no donuts for you if you are massive eating. Then again, it’s good to cheat… howabout some androsol or (if its as good as brock says) some vitex…
Each of the eating contests (1 per week) will
be my cheat meals. As for androsol, I lift in a drug tested federation, so I can’t in good conscience use prohormones even if they would clear my system in time. I may go with Vitex since it is pretty cheap. Other things I thought of is taking a ton of creatine in the last week or so to gain a bunch of water weight, and adding a tablespoon of flax to every protein & fat meal no matter how disgusting it may be. If I feel peaked out towards the end, I may break from massive eating and just get fat by drinking a gallon of whole milk a day, but I hope it doesn’t come to that. Ideally, a lot of this will be lean mass gain. Time will tell.

Sure this is a contest and you want to win, but why would you consider going overboard to the point where unnecessary fat would be gained through an uncontrolled bulking regime?
There are also plenty of tricks for weighing in nice and heavy, you mentioned creatine loading, but nothing is more simple than massively increasing water consumption prior to a weigh-in or being weighed after a nice big meal. Won't don't add any fat, but you'll be temporarily heavier for the scales and your buddy!

I want the gains to be mostly lean, but there is money, trash talking and bragging rights involved. So if necessary, I am prepared to get a little fat.
getting a bit fat can also help your squats, or so i am told (big belly= big base of support, or something like that).
