I am about ready to “bump it up a notch” so in the next 15 weeks I should be able to gain LBM and cut to really low levels of BF. As noted, my priority areas are my upper chest, arms, and obliques. Thanks for the support.

Fantastic legs.Id echo what others say.The arms situation.You need more arm size to balance the leg development.The problem however is that you have relatively short insertions in your triceps,your biceps,although not as clear seem average.If they are as you say 17-3/4 my experience would lead me to believe that you are close to the upper limits of your genetic potential, for arm size.

If thats the case nothing will get them bigger.you can test this by pumping your arms as much as possible,then measure them.If they measure more,then they are capable to become that size,if not ,then you may well be at the limit,good luck rob.

Please explain the logic in this. Doesn’t everyone’s arms pump up more than their cold measurement? When I pump up my biceps and triceps together I can add about 2.5 inches thru the pump.

By the way, OP you have fantastic leg development, especially quad-very good vastus medialis and back width is very good. Calves good too.

Only weakpoints I would say is chest, especially upper chest-lacks width and thickness. Arms also. But everything else looks very good.

Once you lean out more, you will look awesome. I assume you are natural?

Also what is your height and measurements?

Great physique, you’ve got awesome quads and lats dude. If you could put some extra size on the arms you’d be a monster. 8/10. Less weight and more volume for arms worked for me, particularly for bi’s

GREEKDAWG;let me try another way,you can pump your arm up 2.5 inches ok.That indicates that you have the potential to increase its size by that amount.ie the arm muscles have the potential to thicken by at least that amount ok? (at least,you may find that whem they are an inch bigger(or more) cold they STILL pump 2.5 inches)when you have reached the uppper limits of yuor potential the muscle ie will not increase no matter how much blood you force inyo it.

it has reached its potential to thicken.this is true for all muscle groups obviously,but is easily measured in the arms.During the 1970s when sergio olivia trainined with jones at nautilus hq ,it was noted that no matter how much work olivia did on his arms ,they never measured bigger.Jones concluded that olivia had reached thr upper potenyial of his genteic arm size
