Nice progress on the arms. The waiting game can be frustrating bro, but you are only 25. I sure did not look like that at 25.
I post my training in the Brotherhood of Iron thread along with a bunch of other serious lifters. Just posted my shoulders and tri’s routine from yesterday. The guys in there all are serious about training hard and growing so stop by and I am sure you will get some good feedback.

Thanks, I have been training my chest/shoulders/arms like a freak for the last two years. Arms have went from 16 1/2 inches in 2005 to 17 3/4 currently. At this point it is a waiting game, train, eat, wait to grow… Anyone care to outline their favorite workouts or exercises for my trouble areas??? Greatly appreciate it.
Rob
I think you need to use some of the exercises here for correcting posture - rear delt and lower trap stuff. Glute stuff as well - with those quads you better have huge glutes.
Try some pullthroughs, cleans, and overhead barbell catches (for the upper back).
it seems like your quads is your strong point at this point…I would thickin out the back a bit more, bring up the arms and chest as well so it can look symetrical with your lower quads, I dont see any hamstrings or glutes so I can’t make any suggestions on those but your calves look great…
you have a good looking physique bro…nice job on the quads…Im sure that is the easiest thing for you to get no?
I am competing on October 6th 2007. I will post my pics as I lean out week by week. i will also post some pics in the next week of a posterior shot so you can critique my back, hams and glutes. thanks for all the input.
i know my thighs are my strong point, I had to work hard for them though…lots of narrow stance heavy squats!!! My back has improved along with my arms and chest so much in the last year. Wait until I am much leaner in about 6 weeks, then it will be easier to critique my physique. thanks all.
here are some updated pics as I promised. Both were taken today 5-26-07. I have 18 weeks until my competition. I am currently 10% BF and still weighing 235 LBS. My arms have gained 1/4 inch and my chest and shoulders look fuller in my opinion. I will post more photos in a few weeks!! Thanks for all the support!
Well lol i cant give you any advice but umm your legs are huge lol it was the first thing i noticed when i looked at your pic btw grats on the progress made in the 5 years

What do you do for your back, your lat spread is pretty impressive

Thank you. My back routine changes a lot. Sometimes I use the same routine for a few weeks and other times I will change the exercise selection every workout. I think the most important thing is INTENSITY and Nutrition. I always use high reps and low reps in every workout.
Some of my favorite back exercises are; Bent BB rows, pull ups, underhand chins, lat pull (behind head), deadlifts, and t-bar rows (not the machine ones, but the ones useing a v bar handle and a BB on the floor). What exercises are you currently using for your back? what is your training split?
You look very good. If you are natural then bump that up another notch and you look excellent. I would say work on the upper chest and obliques the most, arms a little bit. As everyone is saying legs, mainly quads, are excellent. One other point, you may not want to hear this but some people (judges) may have negative reactions to the nipple rings. I would take them out for the show. Good luck with it, it takes a lot of hard work
