another perfectly good thread ruined by the wise huge men of T-Nation.
This thread had potentially it was just an opportunity to give a couple tips and it was ruined by prof x, leewhitehurst, and austin bicep. Next time just state your opinion and don’t turn the whole thread into a pissing match.

How was it ruined? Just a nice lively debate is all. Sign off this forum if it’s to much for a nancy boy like you. This is nothing new.
how was it ruined exactly???
DO YOU ACTUALLY THINK THIS THREAD HAD POTENTIAL??
my feelings didn’t get hurt it’s just annoying that the training threads have no actual advice or information in them. They’re just arguments about whose older or can lift the most.

You should post less if you truly believe there was no “actual advice or information” given. In fact, before that debate, this thread was nothing but people insulting the OP.
Why do guys like you pretend to lift when you know you don’t have enough testosterone in you to even match the workouts of the women on this site?
haha thanks for proving my point, this is why i don’t post here often, you guys are so insecure. Besides x isn’t there another thread where you need to be arguing that you’re not fat just still bulking and that dentists really are doctors.
BTW I’m a college level sprinter with a 10 flat 100 meter so I’d say I have plenty of testosterone

I proved your point? If you actually read this thread and got through the first page thinking, “this is a great topic for discussion!!” after the 10th person degraded the OP for coming up with it…and then you think we ruined this great thread by NOT discussing training (because all of those posts weren’t about the use of free weights and machines with larger lifters of course)…you may just need to see a psychiatrist.
I really do doubt that a high level sprinter…let along any high level ATHLETE would use the terms “my feelings didn’t get hurt its just annoying”

Brooks points weren’t about 100% lean gains and anti gaining fat during gaining muscle at thefastest rate.
It was simply against thinking you’re better and have a more muscular arm by having a larger circumferenced arm regardless of bodycomposition.[/quote]
I agree with you on that one.

But you have to admit the post was funny.
This may be the only website focused on building muscle where the posters lash out at people with some size on them for actually discussing weight lifting.
I literally laughed out loud!

LOL! @ being able to diagnose some ones self esteem over the internet !!! Listen here you piece-of-shit. It’s a shame to encounter little pansy ass keyboard warriors who sit comfortably behind a computer screen. Yet you know and we all know. You’re as pathetic as it gets:D
I may disagree with X at times but the man knows his stuff and both him an Lewhite deserve respect for some hulkish physiques. It’d be a lie to say they ruin threads. Instead they educate, sometimes in a abrupt and rude manner or at least it seems that way at times but they still help out and deserve respect. I wish I had a lifting buddy like either of these two.

OK
Yeah…
I used the chest press machine today, I feel so un-hardcore and inferior now. That’s o.k. I am gonna turn my hat backward ala Sly in Over the Top next time before I use the chest machine.
Why is a sprinter posting here? Is this now a bodybuilding, powerlifting, strongman, oly llifting, crossfitting, MMA track and field website? What’s happening to this place?

Apparently “BODYBUILDING TRAINING” isn’t specific enough for them to understand what the topics should be about here.
…and trust me, this seems to be the only forum where people not interested in the subject matter keep making posts to let us know.
peace to K-Solo, still a fugitive, for holding down the 802, shot out to Eric Sermon and my boys from EPMD, hope everyone here is able to make up, hugs, ice cream sandwiches, and pony rides for everyone.
i weigh 215lbs bitches!!! (up from 150 a few yrs back)
points were good during parts of the thread, especially the part about training wisely over the long haul. the human body isn’t meant to lift heavy shit over and over for thirty years! three years in and now, i’m at my biggest and BAM! rotator cuff tendinitis is fucking my left shoulder up!!!

I love the irony. Saying we’re insecure, then posting the “BTW” at the end, effectively trying to prove himself over the internet to a bunch of faceless people. I love the internet.

Another perfectly good thread? No it wasn’t. At least the big men made it interesting.
