I’m not sure how many well made 5/3/1 excel training logs are out there but I have produced one with the help of my dad’s useful excel knowledge from the many years in the business industry to make a less time consuming training log.
WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU HAVE DOWNLOADED THIS TRAINING LOG?
-
The numbers in BOLD under each week are your Wendler Max weight.
-
If you change your Wendler Max weight under Week 1, it will automatically alter the weight for the rest of the weeks for the specific exercise (bench, dead, squat, military).
-
The Wendler Max under Week 2 to 4, doesn’t change at all unless you manually change it yourself, or you could simply take it out. (I haven’t gotten around to entering the correct function so that when the Wendler Max of Week 1 changes, the Wendler Max of Week 2 to 4 also change to that same number.) But maybe if you guys know how to do it you guys could enter in the function yourself to get it to all work.

There’s nothing special about the assistance exercises on the side, this was a last minute thing I added in case I forgot what were the exercises I had to do for that days workout.
-
I made a small section to write in the Rep Records for each week except the Deload week. So then you can look back at it after each month if you want to.
-
For when it’s coming up to the next month, I just simply create a new sheet, and copy all of the contents from one sheet and paste it onto the new one. Then change the Wendler Max weight under Week 1 to 4 and erase the Rep Records from last month, and viola!
