4 Day/wk Workout, What to Do?

Hello all!
I have been doing 3 workouts/week for a while last weeks or so I have been trying 4 workouts per week and I liked it. So I have a question what to do?

I have done rippetoes and I like it but squating 3 times a week did get a bit heavy, 2 times a week would be perfect.

Goals are: getting stronger in the 3 lifts + military press & pullups (palms away).

So is a push/pull workout something I should do, and where can I find such a program. Maybe westside 4 skinny bastards? I like the idea of a max effort and a dynamic effort days.

Any help/advice would be very kind.

WS4SB is a good choice.

ME Squat/Deadlift
RE Upper (Pull-ups)
ME Bench/Military
DE Squat/Deadlift

This is for you. if you aren’t interested in powerlifting switch up the DE days for just higher 8-15 rep days.

I think you will like this on what you said in the above post.

It looked very interesting. I can’t do all of the exercises but I will give it a go for 8 weeks and see what happens!
