New PR and may have had a bit more in the tank as well…
I’m sure it was a good lift. But I missed it. I ended up watching the girl beside of you pressing the bar.
beastly.
how long have you been training?
Awesome lift. I have a 315 OHP Race around here somewhere that you might want to get into for bragging purposes.
That was unequivocally awesome.
Good lift. No bullshit, no amping up, no posturing… Just a damn solid lift. That must have felt GOOD
Now just add that final 5 pounds for the 3-wheels-a-side press and all will be right with the world
Great stuff as always Tom
it looks like you’re just lifting an empty bar???

Thank you - America’s Strongest Man 105 Kg (LW Pro Nationals) is next month out in Phoenix. I am getting married two weeks after that but would like to go to compete in some local events later this year or early next year once things settle down.
Hope that your training is going well! Looks like you have been smashing some PR’s lately.
