300mg Test E, 200mg Tren E, 15mg Anavar

I’ve been doing a cycle of 1cc of 300 mg test e, .50 cc of tren e once a week and just added 15mg of anavar Saturday and Sunday only. I’m just looking for advice and peoples thoughts on this cycle. I have been doing Test E for awhile this is my first cycle of tren. Any advice is appreciated.

presuming you are using a 1ml syringe and your tren is dosed at 100mg per ml.
is 50mg of tren per week enough to be an effective dose?

how are your training and nutrition setup?

what are your 1rm’s in the compound lifts?

you are already using tren. an additional 30mg of anavar may be taxing organs for nothing.

Why weekends only? The HL is like 8 hours, plus the dose is small. What are you looking to gain from that?

Just a boost of energy, i didnt want to take it while at work. Im new to the cycle and looking for advice, im trying to cut fat.

I’m using a 3ml Syringe the test e is 300mg and the tren e is 200mg at a half of a ml. Total is 1ml test, half ml tren and 15 mg anavar Saturday and Sunday. My goal is to cut and build muscle.

I workout 7 days a week between 30 minutes to an hour. Breakfast is 16oz egg whites mixed with a protein drink, if lunch its usually chicken, and dinner is normal red meat, chicken, veg and light carbs. Im currently at 215 ish down from a fat 230 its been about 11 weeks of test e and 8 weeks of tren e just started the anavar this past weekend

How many years have you been lifting weights?
How old are you?
How strong are you?

Do you look like you lift weights?

Where did you get the idea that this is a good strategy?

What does your 215lbs look like? How tall are you?

Okay life story.
Im 40 years old Jan 1983 the 707 is my area code

Growing up i played sports was alway skinny never coild get over 160 pounds, dropped sports and got fats with life highest ive been is 230 pounds. My testosterone is getting lower due to age so i figure if im going to jab myself i should probably start workingout. So for the past 2 and a half months that been my goal everyday for at least 30 minutes lifting weights at home no gym. I have a decent home gym plus dumbbells 5-50 pound set plus single 60 single 70 and single 80 also have a 60 pound curl bar. I curl 35-40 pounds 10-15 reps for 3 sets in between sets i fast pace walk on the treadmill for 1-1 1/2 minutes at 4 mhp. Im currently down from 230 at 215-210 starting to show more muscle in the shoulders and arms everything is alot tighter. Really just looking for tips and views on what i should be doing. Sick of being fat. I did keto and got down to 170 but no muscle and unhealthy. Ive been eating pretty clean and have cut all sugar and alot of carbs out. I hope the information helps. I appreciated your concern about the age as well.

Respectfully, this is not the physique of someone who needs Tren or Anavar.

This is the physique of someone who needs to adhere to a diet for 6-12 months.

without the anavar and tren you can be at 200lbs in another 11 weeks.

At this point drop both.

I would even question your need for 300mg/wk of testosterone E.
Have been tested for low testosterone, or are you self diagnosing yourself? I can appreciate turning 40 as a “last call” to get in shape. I am sure the extra testosterone will improve your capability to build muscle, but there are side effects to consider.

How long do you plan to stay on 300mg/wk testosterone? It doesn’t take long on 300mg/wk testosterone for your body to quit making testosterone. That causes a problem when you get off the exogenous testosterone. How long before your own testosterone turns back on, and will it be at the same level as before taking exogenous testosterone? This is how some find themselves on permanent TRT. (like myself)

yes. drop them both now.

they are doing things to your lipids, blood pressure, etc… that aren’t worth the return you will get.

I look at those pics and i just dont see a person who needs a cycle of any kind.
Some medical TRT if doctors say is necessary - yea. Nothing more.
That person needs to work a bit in a gym, learn a bit about nutrition. Like spend 30mins a day to learn for a month and then use the knowledge - thats all you need for now.
Steroids dont work on their own, they multiply what you do. If this is your best for now, im sure that after the cycle you wont really see much difference because there is no work to multiply the results from.

Good job. I’d encourage you to keep losing fat until you are in shape. Don’t use extras until then IMO.

I also do self administered TRT (started with a clinic, but I didn’t really like the cost or requirements). I’d advise if you stay on to move to a more reasonable dose. I don’t really have a problem with “sports TRT”, but I think 300 mg/wk is pushing that boundary. I’d encourage you to drop to 200 mg/wk at least initially.

IMO, it make more sense to use more gear when you can commit to making muscle gains (you eat in surplus, without being afraid of gaining a bit of fat).
