Give it hell, brother. I’ll be watching.
I think you’ve 300 pounds in the bag man.

Infinite food yes, clean food? fuck no. lol ;)
That’s why it is the perfect time to bulk up. I used every ounce of that shitty food to its fullest capabilities.

you and me both ![]()
Just get’s frustrating at times when you know exactly what to do different to make improvements, but can’t because of the food sources you are limited too.
There are shit tons of carb choices but very limited protein or good fat foods.
Bugs the hell out of me.
I understand you and will support you inside my possibilities. I would like to be competing as an IFBB pro in the best shows too, I hope I have what it takes at the genetic level and to bear all the punishment these guys go through.
Keep it up bro! you’re one of the every time fewer worthy members in T-Nation. Some posts have been pathetic, but it’s good to see some guys that are really into bodybuilding defend its original purpose, BUILD MUSCLE.
Im dumb i am going to community college ![]()

I think you’re mad because you are 5’2. I would be too.
Thanks for contributing to the cluster fuck this thread has become.
Fucking hilarious how we can’t even express our aspirations to be a high level bodybuilder on a BODYBUILDING website! It’s incredible the number of chumps who now post here.
Hey, no problem big guy. And nah. Quite pleased with my 5’2" frame. I have to weigh half of what most of you will ever have to. It’s rather nice. ![]()
I wasn’t going to reply again… but eh.
I’ll just iterate the fact I do not have a problem with expressing aspirations. I had a problem with who was doing it AGAIN. I have read countless posts similar to this by austin_bicep. And I saw him get a pat on the back for it.. AGAIN. That is why I was annoyed.
The whole ‘I’mma be a bodybuilder!’ and having grown men pat on eachother on the back for it time and time again just annoyed me.
Perhaps some of my angst stems from jealousy of all of your much larger frames. True. Maybe it is some jealousy of your superior genetics as well. True. And I’m man enough to admit that.
But really, whatever.
I was in a bad mood last night when I posted just like all of you get in sometimes too.
Like austin_bicep said earlier.. I missed a part of his post just like others did. I am only human. Just like the rest of you.
I could’ve replied better than how I did earlier with the ‘lol’ as well… but honestly I did find all of your reactions amusing. So what can I say? Sorry? Probably wouldn’t do any good now, but eh.
Sorry austin_bicep. I’ll continue to refrain from posting like I usually do.

I have never posted a thread solely about me besides my 17" arms thread," and also my two old training logs, but hey thats why they’re training logs. My other threads have been about who else shares similar goals to me and who else is trying to get big.
Please show me all these threads I’ve made looking to get pats on the back. I also have seen many othe people post threads like, hey I just benched 315, hey I just squatted 405…etc why don’t you get on them?
I at least am glad you admit that you misread my original post trying to make a fantasy Olympia lineup that hopefully one day can be somewhat of a reality.
I just don’t understand your bitterness towards me. Lucky it’s an internet forum.

I wasn’t talking about threads but posts… but what does it matter? If you really wanted I could find examples of what I meant for you… but it’ll probably turn out to me just being overly bitter, in the first place.
To be honest I don’t even remember why I have felt bitter towards you. I believe it was because I felt attacked once upon a time in some thread when I first joined. Maybe it’s time to just leave that go.

If I were to be still angry with everyone who has “attacked” me or I have “attacked” I wouldn’t be posting on T-Nation anymore. Some guys seem to be forever haters, I don’t like that attitude so I don’t really care about 'em, just chill out; I think discussions are necessary in a way that they can help us find our mistakes and learn from them.
You know, in light of all the negativity and the surrounding discussion of the “point” of this thread, I thought Id read the very first post.
Since you’re looking for future competition, here you go.
age: 19 height: 6’2" weight: 232 BF: 7%
squat 1RM: 420 Bench 1RM: 385 Deadlift:???
I have only just started training consistently, and barely started lifting legs. Never even tried a deadlift before so from what I hear I’ve got some room for growth. Also I’m completely drug free. Can’t wait to post my RMP in a month or so.
I am an athlete first, and I have a dream to play football as long as I can. If I had to stop tho, Id turn to natural bodybuilding in a heartbeat and be the first all natural Mr. O.
Hey Austin, good luck. Everybody should remember that there are a lot of competitive bodybuilders who are very successful in “real life.” Nobody doubts that a competitive marathoner can be a successful businessman, so why should bodybuilding be any different? It’s all about keeping your priorities in order and managing your time well.

x2 good shit bro.
This is a cool thread.
Someone promising to be really good at what he’s doing stating some lofty (but necessary) goals, a lot of yes-men and some detractors being pounced upon by the yes-men.
austin, I’m curious how your bodybuilding plans will pan out for you. I’m pretty sure you’ll make it far, but how far only time will tell.
Your enthusiasm is quite evident, so I’m curious about your current development: are there some other photos of you besides your avatar shot? I hope you don’t take this as an attack.
Considering trextacy, the “detractor”: it seems to me that he tried to act responsibly. He went to great lengths to explain himself despite getting a lot of flak. His thoughts are a natural part of the kind of discussion we’re having here, so kudos to you, man.
pja, 100% agree.
What really pisses me off are the yes-men, spouting phrases like “yes, you can do it!”, “go for it, man!”, “fuck being normal!” (no actual quotes from this thread) and so on. Yadda, yadda, yadda.
There’s encouragement and emotional/moral support, but on a matter like this, that kind of emo encouragement isn’t helpful enough. What I missed in this bubble of positive phrases are questions asking for hard facts regarding the motivations and plans of the OP. Granted, a few of the OP’s supporters did it. A few.
What’s the matter with all this tough-talking and (false) bravado?
Why’s Dirty Gerdy so pissed off?
Aragorn using expletives? Come on (nice quote of Roosevelt, btw)!
And Growing_Boy, what you’ve been putting out in this thread is so redundant.
I’ve been on this forums for some time, first as a passive reader for a few years and as an active one for about a year.
What strikes me curious, time and again, is that it’s hard to have a good discussion. Every once in a while a very cool discussion topic pops up, creating an air of incomformity among its participants and stirring some controversy only to have the majority not capable of partaking in a good discussion ruin the thing. If everyone would try to model his discussion behaviour after ProX, curbing the emo-level a bit and acting a bit more fact-oriented, we might have cooler discussions.
Nevertheless: cool thread.
That it will be. Good luck.
Holy shit, fattyfat, what have you been eating?
I think we need a “how do you train” thread for you.

Man, I know it REALLY seems like it sucks right now, but wait until you get your own place and are spending like $200-$300 a week on groceries. Fucking price of food is getting insane these days.
