Monday: Chest Legs and Back
Tuesdays: I focus on all bicepts
Wednesdays: I do a light day of only bicepts and tricepts
Thursdays: Chest Legs and Back
Friday: Today is an all body workout cause i usually go out at night and get smashed
Sat and Sun i take the days off cause i don’t want to strain myself…
My diet takes care of itself, i eat out at fast food places alot but i try the healthier ones like subway and fajitas at mcdonalds.
Post i usually have about 2-3 apples or peaches depending on the season. Ive been trying to avoid oats and eggs nowadays because of all the bad cholesterol[/quote]

on another note however… i would like to say that whitetiger, your gains are definately horse shit… im 18 as well and ive only been training seriously for 2 years, i weighed 175 when i started and am now at 220 with 9%…

Well guys its been almost 3 years since i started body building and i feel like i’m finally big ENOUGH to post on this site. I AM 18 now and started WHEN my brother SHOWED me how to PROPERLY lift.
Now im no Arnold but i think my numbers are PRETTY solid.

Pre workout i have a protein and creatine mix shake with the nestle chocolate powder and water to help with the taste.

for a young person you do not look all that bad but dud you really need to change your work out format.Three years and you are not at a higher level is something to look at.A word of advice if I may do not take all the bad messages to heart use it to motivate. Use the frustration in the gym to get a better work out. Best of luck!
