My diet takes care of itself, i eat out at fast food places alot
Ive been trying to avoid oats and eggs nowadays because of all the bad cholesterol
these three points epitomize why so many misdirected weight lifters look like crap. i mean seriously, fast food over the “unhealthy” cholesterol in oats and eggs. WOW. im in shock.
clearly this guy knows more about nutrition and physique training than oooooo… Vince Gironda and Dr. Johnny Bowden. The latter of which said he is absolutely convinced that heart disease is not caused by cholesterol and that an egg white omelet is the stupidest thing he has ever heard of.
