3 Post-Workout Meals

I’ve read that Jeff Willet sometimes consumes as many as three post-workout meals (meals consumed in the 90min following training). Now, I don’t know if this includes a peri-workout drink, or whatever, but do you guys think that this is a good methodology, or just plain overboard?

(Also, this is only hearsay, as he doesn’t say he does this in anything I’ve read from him.)
