Don't Diet P+C Meals...

I’m currently planning on doing 3 P+C and 3 P+F meals. On nonwork days, I’ll do the 3 P+C meals as my first three meals. On workout days, however, I’m not sure what to do. 2 of them will surround my workout, with one coming as a serving of Surge immediately post workout and one coming an hour or two later.

However, should the 3rd P+C meals be breakfast or 3rd post workout meal, 2-3 hrs post workout? My workouts are in the afternoon (at around 5).

I have been carb cycling for a while now, I have 1/4 my daily carbs with my breakfast, half of my daily carbs immediate post workout and 1/4 mt daily carbs 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour after my workout. Check out the carb cycling codex by Christian Thibaudeau on this site.
