Do you have any experience with weight cutting? I would strongly suggest reading up on it, and cut as much weight as you possibly can in the days leading up to your deadline.

mahatma, what you need todo is concenrate on that 30 degrees that you co not cover. So do partial reps at that range. Mix some options: negatives, iso holds - but mostly at that range. When you are tired - only than train whole motion.
