3 Month Progress

Hello everyone! Just wanted to show my progress over the last 3 months and also get any comments on what needs to be improved. I only have a couple of pics right now to put up, side tricep, but I will post more later.

My main goal has been to bring up my chest, hamstrings, and biceps as they are my worst bodyparts, oh and calves…I hate them!

Anyways any feedback is appreciated, thanks!

Start of November:

Start of February

Weird, I never would’ve guessed you’re 250+ at 5-11.

I’ve seen that a lot on this site…and on this site ONLY. These guys are either taller than they think they are, their scales are all off by about 20lbs or more, or they had adamantium attached to their skeleton at birth.

To the OP, I am not making fun of your progress. You do look like you lift but you don’t look like 250lbs at 5’11".

You need to work on your upper body entirely. For someone claiming those stats, your arms, chest, shoulders and even back from what I can see are way too small.

What scale are you using?

I always weigh more than I look, always have. Even when I was fighting I would cut to 185 and the guys would always look bigger than me. Heavy bone structure I guess

Feedback? Umm…

Check back with us in 6 months since the progression is so little. Then give us a few more photos than a side shot.

I’m not saying you haven’t been working but you need more TIME.

If I had to pick only two areas I’d pick chest and hamstrings from your side pose. Hammies are absolutely flat, and you’ve got no chest at all–either from the way you’re posing, or because you don’t have one. If I could pick a third area it’d be triceps.

But then, I guess we’d need more than one pose to tell.

My apologies if I have offended anyone. I’ll try to get this thread removed.

Thanks Aragorn for the feedback.

Cheers

Ehh I don’t see how you offended anyone. More pictures Juice with better lighting.

Who is offended? You asked for criticism and you got it. You have a lot to work on. You don’t look like I would expect 250lbs to look on someone of your height. That means you need to make more progress before you try to show “before and after” pics. That isn’t an attempt to degrade you. You are still bigger than most of the people on this forum.

Not the right pose for you, dude, at least not with this lighting.

My back from about a month ago…

I appreciate the criticism! It is what I want, just seemed like people are offended by my weight lol. Like I said even when I was fighting (kickboxing, jui jitsu) I was always smaller than the guys that were the same weight as me.

I’ll try to get more pics up but one of my hard drives is acting up so I can’t access most of my stuff.

yup, I don’t think you should remove this thread. This backshot rewrites the mental impression that was set by the first pic.

Just get more pics up. I noticed you have a herniated disc so leg works not so simple for you. But criticism ~ legs, arms, shoulders, chest. Though I’m starting to think the first 2 pictures aren’t that helpful. Your back just completely is on a different level aesthetically compared to everything else. I think your triceps do dominate your arms a lot as you noted in Gerdy’s thread.

Direct bicep work will fix that.

Don’t be discouraged. You are way bigger then a lot of posters like X said.

Good man. See what a difference that second picture made.

IMO looking good from the side is one of the hardest things to accomplish so don’t be too discouraged.

Back shot looks good.

With the back shot up now, looks like you just really need to work on the chest and hams(among other things, but those are the glaring points).

Your back shot does look a lot closer to the 250 I’d expect at your height that’s for sure.

Maybe you should learn to squeeze better on your side tricep, they “look” way bigger on your latspread. How about most muscular?

Back is looking real good. Just stay with it and take the constructive critism. You look taller than 5"11 though. You’re still alot bigger then me though lol.

Here is a most muscular as asked.

I do have a hard time squeezing on the side tri, not a lot of flexibility in my upper half lol.

I should have named this thread Criticism rather than 3 month progress lol, as criticism is really what I am looking for.

Thanks for the input guys

Now that you actually got some good lighting and decent posing going on looks alot better. How long have you been training?

That’s a big goal for me is getting upto 230+ especially at my height. Good job keep it up shit only inspires me.
