3-5 Rep Max

I just started the WS4SB part 1. Its calls for a 3-5 rep max on bench press. Your suppose to work your up to the last set of 3-5 rep max.

My question is how much should u increase by each set.Yesterday i did 135, 155, 175, 195, 210. It that correct or is 195 too close to 210?
