Due to Ash Wednesday, and a weird schedule, I missed workouts on Monday and yesterday.
I’m doing the Blending Size and Strength v2 (I have the two light days and heavy lowers left this week), and I was wondering if I could do the two “light” workouts today (AM/PM), and heavy legs on Friday or Saturday, should I spread them out over the next three days. The thing says I’m supposed to have an “off” day somewhere in between, but I’m guessing spreading them out is the best option?
I only ask because I’m still on the fence as to whether or not I’m going back home this weekend, and I don’t know if I’ll be able to go to the gym by my place.
