Chad, I know there have been several questions concerning your ABBH II Program, but I couldn’t find an answer to this one previously. I have trouble getting to a gym on the weekends, all I can really do is some cardio work. Do you see a problem with doing Day 1 on Monday, followed by Day 3 on Tues, a day off on Wed, Day 5 on Thurs, and Day 7 on Fri? Then 1 day of cardio on Sat or Sun, while taking the other day completely off. Thanks in advance for your advice…
Oiler, I went the other way, I did a two day weekend and stretched the cycle out a little bit (on ABBH 1).
Day 1 on Mon, Day 3 on Wed, Day 5 on Fri, Day 7 on Mon…
Might depend on your ability to recover I guess.
