I have 10ml of 50mg/ml Winstrol, 10ml of 75mg/ml Trenbolone leftover from my brother, and a 20ml glass of T50 propionate I had leftover from another cycle. I weigh 220 lbs with low bodyfat, and have 5 years of lifting experience and a 12 week cycle 2 years ago. I’ve been reading about Bill Roberts 2on/4off cycle, and wonder if I have enough for a good stack?
Even just your trenbolone acetate alone,
with Dianabol or Androsol, would give you
an excellent two week cycle: say 150-225
mg on day 1, then 50 mg/day through day 11.
Dianabol 10 mg five times per day, or Androsol
or better Nandrosol at the max label recommendation. Adding 200 mg Winstrol on
day 1 and then 50 mg/day through day 7 would give a nice further benefit.
Obviously you could add in the T propionate,
but it would be getting to be a pretty heavy
cycle.
I don’t have data on TA plus Winstrol alone,
so can’t comment there. Probably quite good,
and I’d be surprised if say TA plus Winstrol
plus 75-100 mg/day testosterone propionate
did not prove highly effective (triple the
dose on the first day, end use by day 10.)
Bill, how should one eat during the 2on (TA,Dbol,winstrol) cycle suggested. It appears this cycle would be to increase a bit of LBM. I want to do FF for two weeks also… wondering if I should do the cycle concurrently with FF or do them separately and add more calories with the cycle for better gains. Any advice from anybody will greatly be appreciated.
Well, since you are at low bodyfat I
am not clear on why the Fat Fast is urgent,
unless you mean something like that you
are at 8% and want to be 6%.
It really just depends on what your priority
is.
I am going to be trying an interesting
experiment, one I haven’t seen done before.
I am unfortunately in poor shape right now
(my father became severely ill on his
deathbed, and then died after some weeks,
and both during that time and afterwards
has resulted in considerable muscle mass
loss and fat gain, though that is not
relatively important.) I am going to try
a 2 week cycle consuming nothing but
about 400 mg/day protein and Twinlab
SuperMax EPA fish capsules to the amount
of 6 grams of combined DHEA/EPA per day.
Well, I will also use Surge after workouts.
I want to see if I can lose fat dramatically and gain muscle at the same time on this
calorically deficient diet. That ordinarily
would be impossible but my muscle mass is
lower than usual right now.
This will be with TA + Nandrosol, and
just in case it may help, Methoxy-7.
So that will be interesting.
In the meantime, my opinion is that
it makes more sense for someone with
good muscle already to lose fat and
then gain muscle. So here, you might
do the 2 week cycle strictly for
fat loss, and save the muscle gain
for a later cycle, or if only a little
fat loss (say 3-4 lb) is needed, with
moderate muscle gain (5-7 lb) then
one week of Fat Fast followed by one
week with 2-2.5 g protein per lb per
day and about 750 cal/day over your
usual maintenance might be the ticket.

The good parts of it though is that he
did manage to have a good long life (83)
with generally very strong health, and
passed reasonably comfortably with rather
little time being ill despite having a
condition that usually gives a really bad death
(bone cancer.) Still though of course overall
one wishes it hadn’t happened.

been through that, so I know it really sucks.
